Thank you, HCB - And, it did contribute to a stellar workout! I had a nice PR on the recumbent bike for mileage and cal burn. And, have definitely progressed enough in the ab buster exercises to feel good about increasing reps. Push-ups with the 20lb weighted vest were tough - but, then again those are never easy...just happy I got through all 60 even if I had to split sets. LOL - @shrewdness, if there are fried foods in heaven I just pray this stomach has reached the state of divinity to enjoy a heavenly pan and then some ;-)
