After coming back from vacation, I found the work piled up. Rather than do the smart thing and go shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables and prepare healthy snacks, I dove straight into work. Yo make matters worse, internet was down in my home, so I wasn't logging in and keeping track. And so I only lost 1 kg over this whole 2.5 weeks (10 days in lebanon and a week back). Sigh.
Anyway, I am hoping to get back on track by the end of the week.

Look, starting a diet while on vacation is pretty much impossible. So give yourself a pat on the back for trying, forgive yourself and move on. You can't start off beating yourself up. This is how we gain weight in the first place--we feel bad, so then we punish ourselves by eating more and the downward spiral begins.
