well, I kind of followed my woe yesterday and thank you IT (scale) for the little drop down. Yes I know 'IT' is not responsible for the drop, I am. But sometimes it is nice to create an 'IT' to keep me company during these times. I probably would have done a bit better if I didn't finish off the container of truwhip topping (like cool whip but better) but it was still in the freezer (can't have that, lol!) and it was good. I just looked up their website and it shows they are coming out with a keto one! But I don't know if I can resist eating the whole container when I get it so maybe I better not, at least not for now! I did resist going out and getting more no-no food and drink so that may have help lower the number on IT. But I didn't do the just liquid day I had kind of planned. Oh well, I will take it one day at a time and do that for a bit. I'm just not sure what is going to happen next week when all the kids & grands are here along with FOOD, but I will just deal with that next week. Hope ALL is well and take care to ALL in FS-Land :-)
