For those who followed my surplus day entry - today's weigh in stands at 120.8 from yesterday's 123.2. A 2.4 lb loss after a 3,000 plus cal day is not too shabby. I feel the necessity to pay homage and a great deal of respect to this body's digestion capabilities after that day! LOL. I will likely do another weigh in tomorrow morning as today is my second "low cal" day of the week. I calorie cycle, which means I take a weekly allotment of cals and zig zag them throughout the week. I usually weigh in after the second low cal day (which is a Sunday Morn) to see what the average low is...Since this surplus day was on a Friday - I'm a day behind. So, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Today, is strength training day and a good workout to put some of that stored glycogen to use, especially since reps increase in this session. HAVE A HAPPY MAMA'S DAYS, EVERYONE!
