going down, slowly but surely. I"ll get there sooner or later. I feel good and that is the main thing. I've been good about staying away from temptation AND reminding myself when faced with it, especially the cravings to go get SOMETHING, I stop and remind myself how I feel after I indulge and so far, that has helped keep me inline. So hopefully I will keep this in mind and stay strong. At night and over the weekends are the most difficult for me. But currently I don't have family/friends around that are the prime tempters, So I want to keep this going and hope that it will set a good "Base" for me to stay true to my woe. Might have a test to the strength this weekend or soon. take care to all in FS Land
