at the advice of my hubby I ate ice cream yesterday and had 2400 calories higher than normal and I guess he was right I'm down 👇 a little bit I think my body was holding onto the calories I ate I may have 1 day a week where I have high calories and carbs to carb cycle I'm just not sure how it's done so if anyone can help me out with how to properly do a carb cycle I would appreciate it....
