Thank you so much snowhite for your prayers and thoughts and support I'm hoping I can start getting better sleep, but I think part of the reason I am not sleeping well is I'm going through menopause this is the 2nd mo now with out no menstrual cycle which I am so happy and excited about that not being there so far the hot flashes and night sweats are a little bit better than what they used to be I've been in early menopause for at least a couple years now. Even though I take (3) melatonin 10mg capsules to help me sleep I still only average about 4-5hours most of the time. I love you sweetheart and am keeping you and your husband in my prayers 🙏🙏 always...
