Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating** Today will be a Kentucky Fried Chicken Day **
It worked out well the last time we did it. Basically we allow ourselves to have as much Kentucky Fried Chicken as we can eat, but, we can ONLY eat Kentucky Fried Chicken. Nothing else, not even, and especially not “Protein Shakes”. I need to keep my protein down and chicken has a LOT of protein already, so “Protein Shakes” would make the protein situation worse.
Anyway, it is a way to have a ‘free mental binge day’ yet not have it get *too out of control*. Basically, you start eating chicken… and then you find you can only-eat-so-much. Then you simply cannot eat one more bite! Normally you would have mashed potatoes, coleslaw, mac and cheese, biscuits ect with your Kentucky Fried Chicken. But, if you *only* have chicken, well…
Yesterday I planned to work out at the 🏋🏾♂️ gym and do a 🏃🏾♂️ 7 mile run. When it came time to go to the gym I just couldn’t do it,. I simply did not want to go 😒. I DID feel like running so I decided to go running for 2 hours.
I ended up running for 🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️ 11 miles. Essentially I pegged my heart rate at 160bpm for nearly 2 hours strait. Trust me, you-will-burn-some-fat. I know it is mostly just water weight, but, when I got back home and jumped on the scale I dropped 3 pounds.
Now, afterwards I sucked down 160 grams of protein and 2300 calories. My fitness watch had me at a 3,000+ calorie burn, so I had the ‘calorie deficit’, but, I still ended up with -even weight- this morning.
I plan to ‘water fast’ Monday and Tuesday…
