I am still hungry after eating a normal amount, but that is probably a result of binging 3 days ago. It's a blessing that I am back on track yesterday and today, but I will have to pay for it for several days. It's okay. Actually I don't know about others but I am hungry most days if only for a while several times a day, with only 100 or 200 calorie deficits. I usually go to bed hungry, but then am not hungry the next morning.
Since I am doing Intermittent Fasting, I was glad to still not be hungry when I ate my first meal at 2:20pm, even though I did go to bed hungry. I will have a couple cups of herb tea, which I need anyway.
