Here's what I found out... Working out, which is new to this body during this woe has made me hold on like crazy to water. As my scale has taken a dip UP... I chose to measure my self and discovered it don't really matter NOW at this point what the scale says when I have lost inches again,, 5 more in 2 weeks time .. so TAKE THAT SCALE!!! :)
