You've done great keeping your weight down. I'm so glad for you that you can exercise and walk. It makes a big difference in our lives. I've sure appreciated you so much over the years for your support. I haven't been around much lately. I sure would like to lose a few pounds since I've lost 4" in height and am down to 5' but I just can't handle doing anything more right now. I do IF, and low wine and sweets. I'm eating too much.
