Oh boy I have been up since 3AM. I had forgotten how dieting makes me wake up in the night as if I do not need any more rest. Luckily the holiday made my work slow so I volunteered to take a 1/2 day.
Cooking up a steak with sliced tomato and maybe get a nap in.
