Really worried 😧. If I am on overnight stays I must pack my scale. I won’t get to weigh until Saturday. And I last weighed Monday. No cheating but I hate to go so long and realize I needed to make a change in something

Yes- I get that. I like to weigh everyday for exactly that reason. However- I have gone away a few times this year without the scale and always came home to a nice loss. Just do what you need to do with your eating- track your food- and you will be fine.

Thank you for those encouraging words. One more sleep and we shall know the truth. Haha. At least my clothes are not tighter. But I am so mentally ready to get down a size.

I have heard that before but I have always been more accountable by jumping in the scale. Once the scale is out of sight. Everything tends to go out of mind
