Decided to log the current Idiot Box 172.6 - not bad considering surgery and holidays. I actually lost 8 from the original swelling and maintained my pre-surgery weight drop.
Goal Calories: 1150/1175 or less, and carbs under 25/30 total grams Macros: 55-65%/30-40%/5-10%

Short Range Goals: 2019
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle after surgery * Bodyfat% reading with trainer May/June 2019 * Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting five days a week * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%) by summer 2019 *Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great! *Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2019 *Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

@jengerfit123: I am doing much better. The incisions still are a bit swollen and look a little "angry" - but energy and range of motion is returning. I have to wait for surgeon to say I can use my arms at the gym to even use the arms on the elliptical, or the rowing machine. A longer wait to be able to lift again! I am patient.

That is awesome, ty for letting us know. I have heard ppl say they felt worse in recovery than anticipated, so it sounds like you are passing with flying colors!. (I am not a medical professional, lol.)
