Haven't been training in weeks due to my right leg. Even sitting in a chair and working my arms causes too much leg pain. I can still stand and walk if I'm careful. Trying to get into the doctor but work and family obligations keep getting in the way. The good news is that I have gotten my salads under two cups. It's looking like I'll have to upgrade the food scale I'm using because the old one can't measure the smaller portions accurately. I'm also thankful that my weight hasn't rocketed up!
