Wowie. Suffering buldge disk on my neck and have not been able to keep going with my work out but have been eating a lot of clean food. In any case. I will be back and determined to get well. Everyone has to go through set backs and pain. I will not complain about this challenge as this is mine to overcome. I will own it and take responsibility for it.
First step is to find a work out that is suitable for my condition so I can still go warrior mode. Second step is to adjust my diet accordingly. Nothing is impossible. My body is my mind. I have to take care of this body in order that I can take care of my family.

You have such a good attitude, careful with your neck though its so debilitating when you have neck problems (speaking from experience), lots you can do that will not put strain on, keep positive =)
