I need to get a hold of my emotional eating when things get difficult for me. I keep putting myself up and down on this health roller coaster. I feel like I need to get a hold of my self-control.

I have done pretty good since I last wrote this post. I have done better with my emotional eating. There are deep issues, but I know I need to find constructive ways of dealing with it other than eating. I have seen the difference in my control.
