Bleh! So I was stupid over the holidays, and put on a decent amount of weight. Back to the drawing board! On the bright side, since I started back on a regular exercise program and diet, I'm down 4 pounds, so I'm on the right track. I just have to get back to where I was in October...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
