Hope you are feeling good today. I try to stay on my diet all of the time. If you need a cheat day go for it if you can handle it.

I don't think it is a big deal as long as you don't go crazy.

I like data so I weigh every day first thing upon waking up. The key is that I only look at weekly or monthly averages and I prefer looking at the trend of the graph not each data point. This helps minimize any emotional response. Be patient with your approach and tweak if necessary. Best wishes on your journey!

I don’t do anything differently on the weekends. I have one day per week built in as a “higher” calorie day to keep my metabolism working so I typically use a weekend day for that but I don’t go crazy and still make good choices.

I stay the course on weekends. I found when I did go off, I would overdo and wipe out any deficit I had during the week.

High and lows are a part of life. If I know a celebration or high calorie day is in the wings, I do low cal days before that day. If it's a sudden high cal day, I pay the piper for a few days after. I just try to limit myself on the high cal days. Sounds harder than it is. Cuts down on the "I totally blew it" self defeating thought. Whatever works!!!
