I'm very surprised that I came back from my holiday weighing less! My first few dinners were sooooo good (gourmet pizza and enchiladas and beer) but I felt the guilt afterwards. After leaving Christchurch, we lived out of a van for five days, so the food was mostly fruit, baked beans, bread and juice. We also did a rainforest walk, which was probably the most exercise I did for the week as 90% of it was sitting behind the wheel of the van!

This morning I got up at 5:30, got myself to the gym and did a Body Balance class. I'm going to try to do the class or a 30-day shred session every day - which one I do depends on my work times. I'm also writing down all the food I eat every day, and trying to eat more slowly and take smaller bites.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
