Alright so, I'm sure of this is sick weight lost. I was at a low yesterday morning (after barely eating for 2 days) of 209.6, and back up a little after eating yesterday. Plan is to come right back to my plan, so hopefully if I gain a little back it won't be a huge amount. Things should even out over the weekend... next weigh is Monday morning.
