Some of you probably saw me quietly sneak in last week at my highest weight ever...eek! 😬
Well, I got back to good habits on Monday despite wanting to put it off yet again. I asked my mom to do this with me but she is playing around so I’m pushing through and making good choices for myself.
I have the same goals as last time but as I prepare for my 30th year, I’m determined to make it stick. So many great things happened for me last year, yet what stands out is how miserable I was. I went on two incredible trips and can’t stand looking at the photos or remembering how I trudged around huffing and puffing. I refuse to waste any more time sitting here and eating myself to death. I have too much that I want to be doing!
My two abs may be gone, my face is bloated, and my jeans no longer button, but I do not accept this as my fate. I will put in the work, and this time it will be for good.
Ready or not, here I come!
