congrats with the weight loss and have to ask, have you refigured your RDI lately?? when you lose weight you need to relook at the numbers for the new weight. your weight changed so your calorie need reduces too. But the added exercise gives you a bonus. It is a nice idea to get that new rdi number

My RDI has been 1200 for a while now. Its bare minimum for healthy weight loss. I go over when I exercise but that shouldnt be a problem

but is this with the new weight?? Mine changed a little after 25 pounds and I use my exercise to help make the difference up. I just need to know so I can properly adjust.

Maybe you are not getting as much fiber now? That makes a difference for me

A 1.6 pound loss in one week is fantastic, any more might be too much. Your 1200 calorie diet and exercise seem to be about right. I don't know how old you are but our metabolic rate goes down over time even if body composition remains the same. You have not reached a plateau but they are also a normal part of weight loss. What happens over 1 week ought not to be depended on .... what happens over a month is more reliable.

I think youre right Gail, I am working on being more patient and sometimes I stumble! I have been reflecting today and i think my loss is fine. I will be back to panic when I plateau lol
