I'm liking this Beast Mode. Woke up feeling honestly rested and no headaches. Energy level is currently high and I'm focused.
I stayed ALMOST away from all processed sugar yesterday but caved for a KitKat bar ha. Not really bad though as I only had 26g (4.5tsp) of all sugars yesterday which in my opinion is pretty decent.
Thoughts on yesterday PROS: Limited most sugars Stayed the IF course and ate in a window from 5pm - 8pm Didn't have many cravings Drank a LOT of water (I think I ended out about 100 fl oz+) Ate healthy foods for dinner Helluva successful work day #GOTSHITDONE
CONS: Sugar Headaches were bad - I took 4 ibuprofen about 3pm. Caved a little I somehow received a bath while giving my kid a bath A day sometimes needs more than 24 hours...
Here's to day 4!
Thanks EVERYONE for the support!

Breaking sugar addiction is tough! But once you do, you will not believe how good it feels. Hang in there!

To put that Kit-Kat in perspective, on a low-carb diet you blew your entire carb count off the chart for the day. I realize, of course, that you're not doing low-carb, no big thing, I don't know the calorie count for one Kit-Kat, but if that's all you had for the entire day (even on low-carb) you'd still be doing good.

Yes, I need 36 hour days!!! Lol Nice job killing two birds with one stone with their/your bath! LOL As far as the headaches, try a little salt water first next time instead of the meds. Give it about 20 minutes & see if it works. I imagine you're probably pissing like a horse since cutting back on sugar?? You lose electrolytes through this the same way they are lost through sweating. Salt & magnesium supplements work wonders. Some also need potassium supplements, depending on levels. Have a great weekend!

Well, I'm impressed! Your PROS are great - so many of them. I need to drink more water too! About the caving - try to put yourself off a half hour and see if you still need it.

Tim - kick the KitKat's. That will reverse your detox. If you're having cravings eat fat - cream, fatty cheese, or butter. It will kill the cravings and is the ultimate low carb food.
