Slow and steady but getting there! Low fat, gluten free, dairy free, alcohol free, no red meat and averaging 800 calories a day. Sounds like a lot to restrict but some restrictions are medical such as dairy and gluten others through choice. I’m eating plenty of fruit (berries & oranges) and vegetables and lean protein like fish and chicken and feeling very healthy and energetic. Looking back on here when I peaked at 13 st 2lbs I cant believe the loss. I’ve done low carb/high fat, drank alcohol and tried all kinds of other combinations but this seems to suit my body and I think that’s the key - hitting on something that works for you.
