I haven't been doing so well on the Paleo Diet. My feet and ankles were swelling badly, even if I didn't drink alcohol or eat grains and legumes. Also, feeling extremely tired. Drinking about a quart of coffee every day to stay awake at work. I stopped eating chicken a few days ago, and now my feet are looking more normal. I'm going to try eating mostly raw vegetables and fruit with some cooked grains and legumes. No gluten, just rice and corn plus beans. Maybe cheat with some fish if I crave protein a lot.
