Yeah!! Down 1.5. I needed a loss today. No big dietary changes--still just writing everything down, good or bad, and limiting diet sodas with caffiene. But I've done a lot of yard and barn work this week, so that has to count for something!

Good job, consistency is really important as you know. I always thought you could lose weight on almost any diet but you had to work the program consistently. Congratulations!
