Logging in early today waiting for my boy's endocrinologist. Yesterday Was a little rough.mStarted my period and was a little nauseous earlier in the day. My weights still down today, but I still feel dehydrated this morning, maybe menstural flow related. Today my peakflow was down at 350 whrn I woke but jumped to 420 after a nebulizer.
How is everyone's Tuesday going?
edit- biked after getting home from doctor and library. Forgot to do another neb and had to use my enhalor about 5 minutes into biking. Going to do another nebulizer as soon as done biking. Think it's just allergy related. Gorgeous day. 20-ish minutes later.... finished biking half an hour. Doing a neb now but I am ok breathing wise. Doing it just in case so I don't ignore it and end up putting my lungs back a few days. Tomorrow I'm going to try to bump the bike time up to 40mins. Hopefully get back to an hour by next week. As long as I do the nebulizer begor hand it should be fine breathing wise.
