Hi, TiffanysHCG! I found how to see what you are eating. You are not taking in enough calories. If you go below 500 calories, your body will start holding on to fat. Also, what type of HCG are you on? I also learned to only eat red meat twice a month and pick lean, organic beef, bison if you can get it.
