March 1st is my day to start fresh and stick to it. Weighed in this morning 155. Not ideal but okay with this since I did weigh myself at 157 last week. So far the day is going fine. Made salad for lunch with fruit for snacks. Did the 6:15am Spin class. The big test will be if I can hang in there tonight and control my evening snacking. I do have my yearly appointment with my specialist Wed morning. Find out if my lab work is still doing the downward trend towards normal. Something does seem off with me. I hoping it is just a lack of willpower.
