One more down, and I've been kind of cheating recently. Eating out a lot and a lot of McDonald's. I can't help myself, I feel compelled to by things with the Monopoly game pieces on them. But even eating out there I'm still staying within my recommended calorie intake, just not the right amounts of protien and fat. I'll get back on track. It's not like I'm completely ruining my healthy eating habits I'm trying to instill. Besides, what's life without fast food every once in a while?
166.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Bunnybiter! I have usually fall victim to the twin arches especially when I am facing that long commute home. Here is one suggestion - if you must have a burger, forget all the fixings and go with the basic hamburger (particularly if you have to drive). Yeah, only one! It helps with that craving! My nickle's worth! YES
