I feel a lot better now than the numbers are going down. My overall goal this week is to lose around 5lbs. I know it's a lot, but I think I can do it

5 pounds is a lot in one week. You are doing well, just keep going. Don’t force yourself into goals that might not be sustainable and set you up to feel like you failed. Just keep moving forward as you have been. You can do it. We have faith in you.

5 lb in a week is a lot. I have done it, but only by keto or fasting. I have faith in you! Slay those pounds! 💪
