Same old Friday and Saturday I was bad. That's why I weighin Sunday morning. Thanksfully the weight is still coming off. I'll do my best to keep doing what I'm doing. Why is it so easy to gain and so hard to lose?

you are so brave!! I would weigh in on friday morning, just not to see the damages... I'm not as strong as you! but you are right, because then you can set a plan for the week coming, knowing where you're at and that's THE way to go. you prove it by losing weight every week! you're really doing a great job girl!
