Scale's a little under 176, but I'm not going to claim 175 again yet. Feeling really hungry lately, I'm thinking I want more protien in my diet but cooking a piece of meat for every meal doesn't appeal to me. Beans, sure, but in what? I"ll have to do some looking for some high protien recipes.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
