So so week. I did better last week but this week wasn't that bad for me. It may be PMS or my age but found it really hard to lose weight. Company coming tomorrow, birthday party Friday, and a big Lobster event Sat... next week will be tough also. Somehow I will have to be good.

You are doing your best and that's all you can do. Some periods in our lives lend themselves to losing weight and some make it extremely difficult to do so. Keep focusing and trying to improve no matter what the situation, things will become easier in time. I remember that it sometimes took me months if not years to start a diet properly. Don't be discouraged, you are doing well just looking at the problem.
