Getting slightly frustrated with the scale. I think I'm going to not eat the bars for a while and be super mindful of my mixed nut consumption. Sometings gotta give eventually :)

Hey there lady... I am in SUCH the same boat! Frustration city! The mixed nuts CAN be tricky... I have left them alone for the most part, only getting a small handful when I need something to tide until the next meal. Mainly because they're high in calories. But I love them-especially the almonds, sunflower kernels and pistachios! Sooo good and good for you, but MAN the calories! Here's hoping we BOTH get what we want--a little downward movement!!!
