Ooook then. Well yesterday was good for the most part but I stopped for some groceries and got distracted and spent an hour wandering the store for Christmas gifts too. By the time I got to my car I was ready to pass out I was so tired. Then what'd I do 5 minutes after I got home? Took the dog for a walk. Luckily my mom lives 5 doors down and was able to come with me so I made it but it was a very near thing a few times. I checked my NC and found that again I only made it half way so had a cup of milk for dinner and passed out. Everything says this can last another week and a half! I'm encouraged by the scale but how I feel is a big downer.

Thats what everyone says but just thinking about eating was making my tummy turn tues and wed. I start off hungry like in the morning but come noonish it was all I could do to force down lunch and that with my water kept me full till 9pm! Even then I wasn't wanting food so making myself eat dinner was tough. Any thoughts? I'm still super full from my 8am breakfast so I'm hoping today won't make a three-peat.
