Having a pretty good day today. Shooting for lower calories. Drank one bottle of water 😔. Tylenol every 3 hrs on the dot is keeping me pretty much pain-free. Except, the muscles behind my knee are really sore. The therapist massaged them yesterday (NOT a pleasant experience) and she said to apply heat to them today, which I have done several times. Having been off the Glycopyrrolate for 3 weeks and off the Oxycodone for a week, my bowel issues are pretty much resolved. I’ve had my grandson upstairs with me for about the past 5 hours, but he’s been exceptionally good, PTL. He was going to take a shower and asked, “Do you want me to prop up your leg before I get my shower?” Sometimes, life is really good!
