Yesterday: 1,523 Calories; 90.49g Protein; 31.4g Fiber; 8 cups Water, 5 miles walking; all 1-1/2 hours of Physical Therapy exercises. This morning’s weight: 189.6 (down a bit).
In the last 6 days, I’ve only had one very small BM. The reason is that I increased the Glycopyrrolate to 2 tabs a day because I had started sweating again. Been doing that for about a week. NOT going to do it any more. I had 2 Dulcolax pills night before last, two last night, and did a Dulcolax suppository at 3 this morning, and STILL no BM (3 hours later). I should lose a little weight when I eliminate this six days of food!
Surgery in 12 days.
Daughter moved in some of her stuff yesterday. She will bring the rest on Sunday, so they’re not actually living here yet. My grandson is SO noisy! I hope it won’t drive us crazy! We’re used to peace and quiet and he (at 7) hasn’t learned the meaning of those words. Going to be a challenge, for sure!
