Stuck to my food plan yesterday. Ate everything I had planned and only 1/4 of a KitKat that I hadn't planned. Got in my 8 cups of water, my fiber, three kinds of fruit, two vegetables. Scale went down from 210.4 to 208.8, probably due mostly to the good BM's I had Sunday and Monday.
After four calls to the doctor's office, finally got them to fill the Paxlovid ("Covid pills") and we were able to take our first dose within 12 hours of testing positive. Hopefully, that will mean that our cases will be milder than if we hadn't been able to get it!
Now comes the big test! My Walking! I don't have much motivation this morning, but there's no real reason why I can't walk. Since I got up at 3:25, maybe I'll just do a couple of laps and then take a break, so as not to get overly tired. Having never had covid before, I'm not sure what to expect. Today will be day #111 of walking at least a mile a day and day #43 of walking at least 2-1/2 miles. Can't break my streak now!!! Must press on!
My taste and smell don't seem to be off, as they get with some people who have Covid. I did notice that my Butter Beans tasted really DRY last night. Hopefully, they'll be more satisfying tonight. OK, can't type and walk at the same time, so I better get off of here and get busy.
