Went swimming yesterday and felt kind of sick after as I hadn't eaten anything for a couple of hours. I think my blood pressure might have dropped abruptly. Anyway, I ate a "ham & cheese sandwich" (merenda mista) afterwards because it was the only thing I could find. Later at home I drank an apple, pear and cherry smoothie plus a cheese sandwich with a bit of marmalade.
