wow 400 grams lost overnight! On only 4 hours sleep LOL. I am thrilled! Let's hope it stays off! That is .8 of a pound!!!
I checked myself out in the mirror and I am getting all bobbly! I can see where the fat is going in bobbly patches LOL. Good to see kinda LOL.
I woke up thirsty and hungry so now I have weighed myself I can eat and drink - even at this weird time of the morning LOL.
