Allowed myself my Sunday splurge. Probably better to pick a day that's not right before weigh-in, right? Dropped back to 8-10 8-oz bottles of water a day. I was getting up FOUR times during the night to pee. I am stopping drinking the water about 3pm and just drinking Diet Coke after that (I know, I know, but my sleep was really suffering!) Going to continue with the 1,600 this week. If I don't lose more than 1.5 pounds, I'm going to reduce to 1,400 next week. When that stops being effective, I'll probably switch back to keto for a month or two, because I know I can lose quickly on that. Knowing that I don't have to do it the rest of my life will make it doable. Ankle was all better yesterday morning, PTL! Party for 5-year-old grandson here tonight, so I have quite a bit to do today. Better get crackin'
