Hmmm. Weight up a little this morning. Could be due to the fact that I was UP from 1am-4am before beinng able to go back to sleep, and the fact that I didn't have a BM yesterday. Hopefully, it will be back down tomorrow. It SHOULD be, as I have been taking in LESS carbs and especially Calories than I had been previously. Had the kids ALL day yesterday while my daughter went to get an infected tooth extracted and then rested afterward since she had been up all night. I tend to eat LESS when the kids are here because I'm so busy making things for THEM to eat.
Tried a new Atkins meal yesterday - Cheesy Chicken Risoto. It was really good because I didn't have to add anything to it - to a couple of them, I add 2/3 serving of Cashews, or add cheese on the broccoli in the Beef Merlot. But this one was good just by itself. I'll have to go back to Kroger to get some more, though, because neither of the Food Lion's by my house carries that variety. They USED to sell an Orange Chicken, which I loved, but I haven't seen that variety at Kroger, Food Lion or Walmart. Wonder if they've discontinued it altogether.
