Hope everyone had a lovely Fourth and a blessed Lord's day yesterday. I have my video psych appointment today, and I get to report that I went OUT of the house every day except for ONE in the two weeks since our last session. I also went to the grocery store five times, went to the bank twice, had three picnic lunches outside, had (one or more of) the kids over for swimming 8 times, made three really nice meals for the family, kept the kitchen clean all but two days, got a SHOWER (after having not had one for 3 weeks before my last appointment), vacuumed the living room (which had needed it for a month!) and did 2 loads of laundry (but did NOT fold the one basket of towels that has been clean for over a month). Productivity-wise and getting-out-wise, I feel like it has been a pretty good two weeks. It helps me to know that I have to report in to say how I've been more active and gotten outside more. (I also picked beans 8 days, but that only takes about 10 minutes a time.) I think I'll be able to go THREE weeks between appointments after this one, and still be able to stay motivated to keep up with things for that long. Diet-wise, things are still not good, but at least I'm not depressed about it (which only makes me eat MORE!).
