Completed Day #10 (1/3) of my 30-day personal walking and water challenge. t is still a struggle to get in all of the water, even though it is only 48-oz. I'm still drinking Diet Coke, but keeping it down to about 3 12-oz cans a day (which is better than 2-liters). I'm excited about a Jack Canfield Webinar I'm taking today about "Managing Fear in Times of Uncertainty." I'm not fearful at all, but I think it will be interesting to hear what he has to say about looking at things from a positive perspective. Hope everyone has the best week EVER!
