The scale is up a bit. Not too bad, considering that all I wanted to do yesterday was eat. Made a pot of sauerkraut. Oink, oink! LOL! Strange cravings. Today I’m craving a shot and a beer. Had the beer, forgoing the shot. I want to make keto-friendly pumpkin bread after dinner.

Liv- my hubby convinced me to make chocolate bread instead. It was awful! He liked it though. Lol! Im going to try the pumpkin bread tomorrow Im hoping. Ill keep you posted my friend! 😁

@liv001- the pumpkin bread was amazing! It wasnt worthy of anphoto though,LOL! I sliced it and topped with cinnamon butter (butter, monkfruit, cinnamon)
