Today is the first day of my new diet, again! I feel like I have attempted to start and never finish diets 200 times. I find it very difficult to follow through with actually following the diet.

Join the club! Most of us here seem to be in the same boat with you! My new tack on this journey is to stop thinking about this as having a start and a finish. I have realized, and am committing to, the fact that I have to change my lifestyle for good. I have to exercise. I have to make more healthy choices about what I eat. I have to learn that my old habits are what enabled me to get where I am. That is what keeps me going. I know I can't "quit". This is my new way of life. And I'm not going back!

Good job for joining ! Finding support is a huge step, as well as admitting what you eat. THe process of "fessing up" can be pretty good..esp. if you can do it online! Best wishes!
