I just ate cake and I feel hideous. I know better than to have it in the house, but it was a gift from a friend. Realizing now, not much of a friend. Sabotage at its best. To the garbage, no more guilt. I'll walk twice as long today.

Congrats on the will power! I know that feeling and right there with you. A month ago, we saw some local kids almost at their goal to raise money for summer camp through candy sales, and just on a whim bought $40 worth and did another $20 donation. That was just a couple weeks before I decided to start the loss again. I am going to allow myself a piece on occasion, but for now have a box of assorted World's Finest Chocolates just sitting there, taunting me. I just need to remember to bring it into work at some point and remove the temptation.
