17 carbs split between 2 meals isn't bad. But, you do have to be super careful the rest of the day. How did all that meat and cheese add up to 17 carbs?

I edge on the side of caution and always go with the carbier item when I don't know what's in something and when I don't know the exact weight I hedge my bet by going for the heaviest it could possibly be... So was probably way less carb wise

Meat and cheese is very low carb JackieSpahr, each cup of most cheeses only contain 4 carbs or less. Most meats are carb free. I'm a vegetarian but LOVE cheese. Good job keeping two meals at 17... My daily goal is 30 total carbs. I don't do net carbs so getting two meals at 17 would be great for me. Good job. Michelle do you use the food tracker provided here on Fatsecret? It helps me greatly with knowing exactly what is in my food carb wise and I also measure everything exact so that I get a true track of my diet intake. I love the food tracker and that it has most things in their lists with the breakdowns of fat, carbs, and cals.
